As an accompaniment to the excellent Students' Book, this is a must buy for any Business English teacher, who, let's be honest, probably knew/cared little/nothing for/about Macro/Micro Economics before entering his/her current profession. Broken down into four sections: Management; Production and marketing; Finance; Economics with four assessment tests, this upper-intermediate to advanced level reading, speaking, listening and writing course Teacher's Book provides (as well as priceless answers) much needed guidance on getting optimum value from the included materials.

Oustanding course for advanced business English

This is an excellent course for advanced business English, and it is importnt to note that it is geared toward learners who already have a very well established command of the language. The one thing I don't like is that many of the listening activities model incorrect English, which surprised me quite a bit.

Kindle Version is Error-Ridden

This review is not about the story (which I enjoyed), but focuses only on the editing of the Kindle version. Long sections of dialogue are missing most of their punctuation, leaving numerous run-on sentences. I had to work hard to decipher when one sentence ended and another began. It's as if someone was transcribing hurriedly from the book, and not stopping to put in the punctuation.

In one section near the end, it seemed as if basic plot information was also missing. I could make no sense of it, and finally just moved on. I have not seen this problem with Alcott's other works in Kindle. It's hard to complain about something that was free, so I'll just say, if you want the gist of the story, this is fine. But if you want a smoother read, it would be worth paying for a better version.

One of my favorite's from Louisa May Alcott

Lovely story, for adults and children. I recommend that you read "Eight Cousins" first as this is the sequel to that story. I love the story of Rose and Uncle Mac and all her cousins and I still get a little weepy when I get to the chapter, "Alas, for Charlie!" I've read this book about several times over the last 20 some years. It has a beautiful conclusion and goes to show that a book that was written over a hundred years ago still can be so beloved today. I also recommend "An Old Fashioned Girl" by Louisa May Alcott if you like this story.

Better Every Time You Read It

The sequel to Eight Cousins, Rose In Blue follows the cousins as they grow up. Written as cleanly and delicately as Alcott's other works, we follow Rose, Mac, Charlie, Phoebe and the rest of the family on Aunt Hill through adolescence to their adult success, and it's every bit as engaging and heart-warming as Eight Cousins was.

Even after decades of life, and a half dozen reads or so, this book still makes me tear up in places, and I am not ashamed to admit that in the least. The book recalls a time and culture that were cleaner and simpler in many ways than what we have now, and turning the pages is like going back in time--I have so many happy memories tied up with this book, and others I enjoyed as a young girl.

You won't find all the tools modern authors use to hold attention here--violence, sex, bad language or unnatural, ridiculous plots and sub-plots. What you will find is simple, clear language, a smooth presentation of the values and morals of the authoress' times, and very simple, human characters that worry about the only things that are really important in life, when you come right down to it.

Louisa May Alcott's books should be the first books you introduce your child to--because the world (and the people in it) still need the values she writes about so naturally, and you'd be hard pressed to find those values in any of the "modern" children's books on the market. And for adults--why not take a trip back into your childhood and enjoy a simple, well written book again?

While I was not initially attracted to horary astrology, it grew on me, and became my major speciality. Like many students, I initially found horary very difficult, being alternately confused and annoyed by what seemed like a forest of rules. It was during the period when I was studying with Olivia Barclay that I realized that what I was missing was a general framework for how to approach answering any horary, which is not the same as reading lists of considerations for different types of horary. As soon as I was able to engineer such a framework, my horary studies blossomed.

In this work, I attempt to provide the reader with both a comprehensive approach to all horary, and enough specific detail about how to answer specific types of horary.

Best book on a subject.

Lee Lehman book is one of the best book on the subject of horary astrology. Both beginner astrologer and an advanced practitioner will benefit tremendously from the book. Book is very well organized , well written, deep and contains a lot of examples. Lee has amazing ability explain complicated astrological subjects in a very easy to understand woods. If student can have only one book on a subject of classical astrological and horary Lee's book will be the perfect choice.

An excellent *second* book on horary astrology

Lehman has done a wonderful job of cramming much of what you need to know to do basic horary astrology into a single volume. But she does assume that you've learned something about traditional astrology already. So this book does not explain general concepts or vocabulary in much detail (there are appendices and a glossary in the back, but the beginning student may want more before tackling this book).
This is an excellent text to refer back to. Lehman has taken the sensible step of organizing her examples by the house you use to answer the question. Not only does this help you find the rules later, but it ensures that there's a few examples for each house (unlike other horary books that give you several examples of a few kinds of questions and leave you guessing wildly on other subjects). Lehman gives almost 100 examples in this book, each explained fairly completely (that's where the bulk of the instruction comes from: most concepts are mentioned during the explanations and aren't in stand-alone chapters).

Very sensual taboo romance !

OMG This has got to be the most erotic step brother romance I have read in a long time, or ever. This author is new to me, but I liked thr blurb so decided to give it a chance. No regrets. This is book is pure unadulterated, taboo, erotica. The best part is the author doesn't drag out the drama so you get to enjoy the growing, sensual relationship between the couple. Heroine has had a kinda "hero" worship on the hero growing up. Hero is older, not by much, and sensed the attraction but fought against it for good reasons. But when heroine gets herself into trouble in her college dorm room that puts her in a bind. She needs a close place to stay. Well the convenience, proximity and access creates a combustible electric sexual charge atmosphere that has hero acting in instincts and doing things that even he was surprised he was doing but being unable to stop it. It was intense. It was hawt. It was erotic. I think what added to the intensity was the feeling of forbidden attraction that was too taboo, even for that time. If you enjoy erotic taboo romance stories this book is for you. There relationship develops into DDLG/ABDL play that was freaking palpable in its role play at times. My goodness, I read it on my Kindle Unlimited but bought it to re read. This is a keeper and I definitely plan to read more by this author. Safe romance. OW drama from before hero hooked up with heroine was very well handled. Hero loyal. Hero protective and dominant. Minor sexual assault told about but heroine protected herself and hero ended it well. ( If it bothers you read sample and see how minor it is.) Hero is heroine's one and only. (She may lie to get what she wants but hero quick to punish;) Loved it 5 stars.

This story crosses the line in the 1950s of taboo, two step-children together, no blood relationship, but attitudes in society. Then throw in an age-play element and did things really heat up!

A naughty girl, one month from graduation getting kicked out of her dormitory and her Father and stepmother are in Europe, leaving her at the mercy of her step-brothers. The oldest is too busy and sends the younger one. What happens when he agrees to allow her to stay with him while she finishes her college and gets her teaching certificate?

Rules are everywhere in life, and that won't change here. Nothing like a good old-fashioned spanking to set the standards in place. This story will keep the pages turning, and the bottom upended over his lap. When he realizes her little side, he pulls it into the dynamics of their relationship which is steamy hot.

Whew…. Stepbrother’s Rules was a super-HOT book!! This was the first book that I have read by Renee Rose and I LOVED it! Though it was pretty quick paced; the story was really well written. This was definitely a read it in one sitting type book… I just couldn’t put it down!

I loved everything about this book… the 1950s setting… the spanking… that their relationship was somewhat of a taboo! Brad in the “alpha-daddy” role made him totally swoon worthy and HOT! This was really a fun read!

I will definitely be checking out other works by Renee Rose!
