Finally. Dialogue to comprehend!!!

This read with two men telling their stories is amazing. A therapist once told me the most difficult part of being a man was finding other men willing to have an open dialogue. Well here it is. Full of enlightenment. Honesty. Sensitivity, Flowing content. A read for all! Men and women. Men find it difficult to tell their truth to women. Please take the time to download, read, then write your review!!!! I feel strongly that this read needs to be spread far and wide.

Outstanding, insightful and thought-provoking

Exceptional book! I couldn't put it down. The juxtaposition of conversation with the 40 day challenge and exercise offered not only motivation but momentum to moving swiftly into the daily challenges. For some reason I thought that it was going to be insightful. But maybe because I was expecting something that would be out of this world in the sense of picking up more information or information that I haven't heard of before.
Don't get me wrong I did learn very important key points that I will try to implement into my own life. The book has the key points in there. You just have to read it and pick up what you need.
